Canadian Consumer Verification & Safety Bureau (CCVSB)
Clients can raise complaints or concerns about companies, contractors, service providers, online merchants, or marketplaces that operate in or target Canada through the Canadian Consumer Verification & Safety Bureau (CCVSB), an independent, established system.
Verification evaluations, risk assessments, consumer safety, and education are all supported by this submission process. It is neither an enforcement procedure nor a legal one.
Purpose of Complaint Submission
You may submit a complaint if you experienced or observed:
